Our goal is to offer excellent quality service to our customers in an honest, pleasant and efficient manner.
We reserve the right to review all information from our customers after receipt of all billing and related information before providing our services. www.careprojects.com reserves the right to cancel any orders we deem as being a security risk, misleading or suspicious.
Consequently, receipt of an order does not translate to acceptance of such order. The initial email confirming receipt of your order and order details is strictly for order confirmation purposes and is subject to refusal. We also reserve the right to deny service to any customer. Shipping Policy:
Depending on the size of the product(s) you order, your shipment will arrive either by trucking company (common carrier) or by parcel carrier (FedEx Home Delivery or UPS). Items that are large-sized require freight shipment and a description ‘freight ship only' will be added to the product description.
For freight shipped orders, additional charges will apply. A parcel carrier is the method of delivery for non freight shipped items and charges will be applied by our shipping calculator. Shipping costs are calculated based on location zones. Check the shipping calculator for shipping charges in your area. Be sure to provide a complete and correct delivery address including an apt #. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. The parcel carriers we use do not deliver to these addresses.
While we strive to expedite your order by processing within 24 hours of placement, all product brands displayed on www.careprojects.com have different shipping policies.
All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 5-8 days for delivery. All brands are shipped separately with different arrival dates.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays
International Shipping:
Careprojects ships to addresses within the US . At the moment we do not ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam and Canada including all other international destinations.
We hope to offer expanded shipping options in the near future. Call for special arrangements.

Checking the status of your order:
You will be updated by email on the status of your order. You can check the status of your order anytime at our website. Please log into your account for tracking information.
We must also inform you that shipments may for one reason or the other delayed. However, be assured that in the event that this occurs you will be notified as soon as we have information on the delay. Also be informed that in such an event tracking information may not be readily available but we will be in constant touch with you by email on the status of your order(s).
Back orders:
It rarely happens but sometimes some item(s) that is out of stock may be placed on back order. We make every attempt to ship a back-ordered item within 14 business days from the date the order is placed. If for any reason a back-ordered item(s) is not filled within a period of 14 business days it will be cancelled and we will notify you by email immediately.
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for payment.
At the moment we are unable to receive check payments. Please place all orders online via the shopping cart system or through PayPal.

This process eliminates the possibility of reading the information while in transit. All transactions processing is secure.
We value our customers' privacy and are committed to protecting it with the highest standards of confidentiality on our website. All solicited information including email and credit card details are required for completing the order placement, billing and shipping process.
We do not store customer credit card and other personal information in our database. All personal information which includes your full name, home address, billing address, e-mail address and phone number is solely required to process and ship your orders. Your personal details will be kept private and not be sold to a third party. Newsletter:
We will contact you on a fairly regular basis by email with our news letter informing you of special promotions and discounts. To receive these emails, customers will have the option to register on www.careprojects.com. This is an optional service and you may opt out by sending us an email requesting that we discontinue sending emails to you.
